What is the Federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)?
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBB). ACP is an FCC benefit program that helps low-income households pay for Internet Connected Devices and Broadband Services. With ACP and services provided Wireless Brands you receive FREE Unlimited Data. If you have a talk and text capable device, you also get FREE Unlimited Talk and Text. If your household is eligible for ACP, you will receive the following monthly:
- FREE Unlimited Talk & Text
- FREE Unlimited Data (Data may be throttled)
- Tablet with a one-time copay of 10.50 (Applicant must be eligible for the one-time device equipment subsidy).
Only one monthly service discount and one device discount is allowed per household. To receive the connected device discount through Wireless Brands, consumers need to enroll in the ACP with Wireless Brands. Promotional service offer supported by the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) operated by the FCC. Only eligible consumers may enroll. Eligibility is based on income less than or equal to 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or participation in Lifeline, Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, free or reduced-price school lunch/breakfast, or Pell Grant and is determined by the National Verifier (documentation may be required). The ACP benefit is non-transferable and is limited to one monthly service discount and benefit transfer per household. If the FCC announces the end the ACP, we end our ACP service offers, or if your household is no longer eligible, we will notify you by your preferred method of contact or approved methods of contact set forth by the FCC or ACP.
